Most products are manufactured on demand, which implies:

  • Minor variations compared to the images shown.

These variations are inherent to the 3D printing process.

  • Sales Contract for Non-Personalized Products

1.Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the sale of non-personalized 3D printed products offered by Marc Vilaregut through the website.

2. Parties to the Contract

On the one hand, Marc Vilaregut, as the seller,
and on the other hand, the website user of legal age who places an order, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

3. Purchase Process

The purchase process is carried out through the website and consists of the following steps:

  2. Adding the product to the shopping cart.
  3. Entering personal and shipping information.
  4. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Marc Vilaregut.

9. Refunds

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

10. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty established by applicable law. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or incorrect handling of the product.

11. Liability

Marc Vilaregut is not responsible for the use made by the Customer of the purchased products or for damages resulting from improper use.

12. Acceptance of the Contract

4. Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-made products:

  • Requests must be submitted via the website contact form, email, or telephone.
  • Once the request is received, Filart will contact the Customer to define the order details.
  • Personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Products are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the Customer.
  • Prior approval may be required before production.

Marc Vilaregut is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

5. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are indicated in euros (€).
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Marc Vilaregut reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Payment must be made using the methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
  • Shipping times are indicative and may vary depending on production.
  • Marc Vilaregut is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
  • Production and shipping for non-personalized products range from 5 to 15 business days.
  • Personalized products do not have a fixed delivery timeframe; this depends on the specific characteristics of each project.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Withdrawal

7.1 Non-Personalized Products

Users have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law, provided the product has not been used and is in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs for non-personalized products will be covered by Marc Vilaregut.
  • The return period is 14 calendar days.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of use.
  • Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

7.2 Personalized Products

In accordance with applicable law, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Marc Vilaregut.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including:

  • 3D models
  • Photographs
  • Texts
  • Logos

is the property of Marc Vilaregut or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use without express consent is strictly prohibited.

Marc Vilaregut shall not be liable for damages arising from:

  • Use of the product as a safety device, personal protection equipment, or structural support.
  • Any use other than the decorative or functional purpose for which the product was designed.

Products sold by Marc Vilaregut are not toys or medical products unless expressly stated. They are not intended for use by children under 14 years of age without adult supervision.
